Al descargar o abrir un archivo de word 2013 o cualquier otro archivo como por ejemplo PDF, nos lanza el error:
C:ProgramFiles/TuneUp utilities 20xx/ProgramDeactivator.exe
Cuota insuficiente para procesar este comando.
error ocasionado por un programa que trata de preveer una infección por medio de archivos que se descargan de internet.
En éste video corto te muestro como quitar dicho bloqueo y puedas abrir, editar esos archivos y que por default Word, Excel, Etc los bloquea impidiendo poder abrirlos. Realizarlo con cada uno de los programas de Microsoft Office 2013.
